Returns & Exchanges

All items purchased from the HotShoeKarting website are covered under a 30 Day return/exchange policy. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied with the original receipt or invoice. All returned products must be in original condition with tags. To process a return you must initiate it with a message containing the Order# and reason for return.
